What inspired you to enter your field of law?
My mother, Carolyn A. Makupson inspired me to become a Family Law Attorney
How do you feel your work is making a difference?
I pride myself on resolving conflict in highly contested custody and divorce cases
What makes you different from other attorney’s?
I am a strong advocate but I work from a place of empathy and compassion
How would you describe the defining characteristics that have led to your success?
Building a successful team and working in partnership with my mother who has been an inspiration and exceptional mentor
When you aren’t practicing law, what can we find you doing?
Spending time with my husband and our twins, yoga, meditation, and travel
What is your favorite thing about Los Angeles?
I love the fact that you can go to the beach, the mountains and the desert within a couple of hours
